Conditions of Use
Scope of application
1. Applicable printing: offset printing, silk printing, gravure printing, flexographic printing, heat peeling heat transfer products.
2. Applicable heat transfer materials: cotton, chemical fiber, cotton blended fabric, EVA, non-woven fabric, leather and other heat resistant fabrics
3. Stripping method: Cold stripping
4. Applicable heat transfer material: water (301, 305 series heat transfer). Oily (JB W series thermal transfer ink, HMA, 529, 530, 531 series thermal transfer adhesive). Sublimation offset printing ink is weak.
5. Applicable heat transfer sticker grades: A, B, C, D, E, F (according to Cowint standards)

How to use
Material: BOPET polyester film, high temperature resistant synthetic resin release agent
The thickness of the product is less than 50-120 um, standing stock 75 um, can be customized
Avulsion mode: cold avulsion type
Apparent (gloss) effect - Matte
Transfer temperature: 130 ~ 160 ℃
Transfer time: 8 ~ 15 seconds / time
Transfer pressure: 0.1 ~ 0.3 MPa
Applicable to ink jet printing, hot stamping and other hot stamping printing
Product specifications: 60cm * 100M / roll, 21cm * 29.7cm (A4), 29.7cm * 42cm (A3) are standing specifications;
