What's functions for this small hammer crusher
It can break up the ore below 50mm or the tailings in the incomplete minerals, and separate the useful metals from the ore. According to the requirements of the ore factory, the ore particles will be crushed in about 1-180 mesh, and then enter the shaking table for sorting. It is suitable for
small mines and can replace the ball mill to a certain extent

How the crusher works :
The motor drives the rotor rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials feed into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers in high speed, the minerals which are crushed into the required size can be discharged by the outlet, and become the final products; while the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers to be recrushed until they reached the required size.
