The raw materials used in FRP are resin, FRP fiber filaments, and filler calcium powder in a ratio of 1:1:1. The high-quality FRP is made of high-quality resin: unsaturated phthalic resin 196,colorless and transparent.Low viscosity, low exotherm, low shrinkage, high-speed curing, high-speed compatibility and bright gloss.
FRP inspection standards.
1/Surface quality:no surface defects such as poor infiltration, poor curing, bubbles, delamination,
cracks. breakage, uneven color tone, etc.
2/Tensile strength MPA: greater than or equal to 78
3/Flexural strength MPA: greater than or equal to 147
4/Modulus of elasticity MPA: greater than or equal to 7.3*10*
5/Impact toughness （J.cm²）∶ greater than or equal to 11.7
