This is high-end series hard & soft biscuit & cookie production line with 50 meters Hybrid gas oven,capacity 1000 kgs per hour, which adopts food grade materials and can produce high quality soda cracker, hello panda biscuit and cookies.
Main Features of the product:
1.PLC adjust the dough thickness.
2.The remaining dough is recycled to the bottom of the three-roll roller.The dough is more delicate and free of air bubbles.
3.The hopper have the electric sensor, automatic feeding and automatic shutdown.
4.It uses the canvas belt, it's pneumatic watering.
5.The seperator has plane transition, it can be adjusted back and forth, left and right.
6.The oven is automatic startup and automatic thermostat. The chimney has frequency control.

It has 304 mixing blade. It's Siemens PLC control. It's tipping by electric.

The laminator is special for soda cracker and need laminating dough before gauge roller.

This biscuit forming line is for hard and soft forming, make different shape of biscuit. The dough sheet can be 1mm.

We have the combined gauge rollers in the line, these gauge rollers will guarantee the texture of the biscuit, make the biscuit taste better.

The oven is hybrid gas oven. Its capacity is 100kg-2tons per hour. The hot wind circulation for color biacuit and good taste. It has Weshaipt burner from Germany. Siemens electric control system and auto alarm.

Step 1: Mechanical surface coated with preservative solution (to protect stainless steel).
Step 2: The plastic cushion packing machine (prevent bump).
Step 3: Plastic film packaging (to prevent ventilation).
Step 4: Wooden case / frame packaging (easy to transport).
Step 5: Tie the bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).
