Description

The Green Fodder Machine  is widely used for the making of all kinds of green sprouts such as various bean sprouts, Cedrela sinensis(Chinese Toon), canopy seedling, pea seedlings, grounnut sprouts, turnip sprouts, chives, blanched garlic leaves, pine willow seedlings, double cane seedlings, wheat seedling, buckwheat seedling, barley seedling etc.

It can be used to grow green fodder within the whole year around, whatever the weather is.

Application 

The machine is widely used for canteens, dining rooms, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, farmers?market and army life center. Especially used for ocean vessel because of its convenience and high productivity.

 

Features 

1. Of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, the machine body is made of insulation waterproof after choil steel plate---of reasonable design; 

2. Water tank is of newly upgraded LLDPE material which is of food industry standard and environment protective; 

3.Using independent electric controller which will be installed onto the water tank door. Once connected with the water and electricity, the machine can start working---fully automation;

 4.Stratified water spraying can ensure meticulous spraying, uniformly watering ensure every corner can be watered, and saving water.

 

5.By using the ozone sterilization technology, bacterial infection is greatly avoided. Therefore, it can control rotten sprouts, cooked bud, bacterial tinea, and vicious cycle sprouts.

6.With the machine, the product cycle could be shortened within 4~5 days, the production of soybean sprouts could reach 1:10; Mung bean sprouts 1:13; barley fodder 1:15, even higher.
