1. What is your best price for this product ? The price is negotiable. It can change according to your quantity or package. When you are making an inquiry, please let us know your details.
2.What is your packing based on the price you quoted? The price we quoted is based on color box and export carton that we normally use.
3.Can we mark our own logo on product ? Yes, we canOEM yourlogo on our products. But according the item, some goods MOQ maybe are high, If you have to print or mark any logo, please let us know so we can figure out the cost for you
4.What about the warranty? We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition.
5.What is the MOQ of your products? The MOQ of our products is 1000 pcs for one model( same color, same size...).
6.How about the Delivery time? 30 - 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation all the artworks and details.
7.I'd like to know your Payment way? T/T, Paypal, Trade assurance are available. For mass production, pre-paid 30% deposit then pay the balance before delivery.
8.How long is the sample lead time? For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
9.How many colors are available? We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
