1. If we don't know how to use the machine, can you teach us?
Yes. We will send you manual and guide video in English, it can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still can not learn how to use it, we can help you by "Zoom" online help software. Or we can talk by phone,email or skype.
2. How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 3-5 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client's specific requirements, it would be 7 to 10 days.
3. About Quality Control
The whole production procedure will be under regular inspection and strict quality control. The complete machine will be stested to make sure they can work very well before being out of factory. Our machine passed CE ISO Certificate, meet European and American standard, were exported to more than 100 Countries.
4. Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
Yes. For FOB or CIF price,we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
Don’t worry about after-sales issues,
A、 After confirming the order, a special project team will be set up for you to formulate design, production, and quality inspection plans, and coordinate the work of various departments to ensure the quality of the goods and the delivery date. B、After the contract takes effect, provide the customer with a full set of information about the machine, follow up the whole process and ensure the customer's installation and use
C、Transportation: take all protective measures to ensure that the goods are delivered to the customer's location intact
D、During the equipment warranty period, there is no reason to replace the accessories (non-human damage)
E、In case of mechanical failure, on-site or remote guidance can be provided
F、Warranty period: 2 years
