Moisture absorber masterbatch is designed specicifally for removing water foam from recycled PE/PP/PS/ABS/EVA during processing.

Its great advantage is it can effectively absorb water moisture while processing, so that the recycled PE/PP/PS/ABS/EVA scraps and granule could be directly used to make plastic products without pre-drying and product quality proved to be very good.

•  Absorb the  moisture  from plastic raw materials (about 25% of its own weigh)


• No need drying process for plastic raw material any more.


•  Can be pre-mixed with the raw materials directly

• Largely improve the mechanics property and appearance of plastic products.

 Mix well this masterbatch with damp plastic raw materials and then carry out the processing. The specific adding proportion should be adjusted according to the water content in raw materials.
