1. Eco-friendly & Test report gaurantee.

2. The outer coated TPU is not easy to be peeled off.


Better degree of adhesion between outer coated TPU and inner webbing makes TPU coated webbing stronger and more durable. It will be benefit to post-processing of TPU coated webbing. Especially if you need to punch it.


 



 


 


3. No-scratch surface treatment. Several embossed pattern for choosing.


We designed new pattern for surface of TPU coated webbing, including laser. Moreover, we improved the technique to produce glossy and matte TPU coated webbing without any scratches on surface. Now, our TPU coated webbing can have different surface treatment on two opposite sides.


 



 


 


4. Mechanical automation makes coated webbing have more stable and standard quality.


Generally, TPU coated webbing has allowable error. The width is +/-0.25 mm while the thickness is  +/-0.05 mm.
