Yes, we are Procolored Manufacturer, there are two floors production workshops, three production lines.
2.Where can I buy the spare parts and inks?
We provide spare parts and inks, you can buy directly or through other suppliers in your local market.
3. How to install software after I received the machine ?
There is a software usage for your reference and please close antivirus software before installation.
4.What should I do when I don’t really know how to setting the printer parameters?
Please contact us for technical help and do not artificial modification.We always provide on-line technology support if any issues.

6. What is your warranty?
