1. How to know the price?
Please advise which item you like and the qty, send the photo of the products that you’re interested in or send the link is OK. If you have more specify requirements, please send the inquiry to us.

2. How to get a sample?
(1) Please advise which kind of product you would like to get the sample or send the specify photo with details, some of the sample is free of charge, but some need to make charge.
(2) You can send us samples. We can make a counter sample based on org sample.

3. What about your delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time?
we provide fast delivery and sea delivery, fast delivery usually 7-15 days after you confirm the order. And sea delivery always take more time about 30-45 days.

4. Can you accept the OEM/ODM order?
yes, we can offer the OEM/ODM according the customer design

5. How about your after-sale service ?
Our factory have the after-sale service teams . we tracking your orders every days and provide the after-sale Guarantee .

6. How is your capacity?
Our capacity is 200,000 pcs per month.

7. Can you give me a discount?
We mainly do wholesale service, our policy is that bigger quantity, cheaper price, so we will quoto you the best price based on your order quantity. For big order and regular customers, we give favorable discounts.

8. Can you add our own logo on the products?
Yes, if the quantity is over 1000 pcs, we can make your own hantag or brand label/care label. For quantity under 1000pcs, we would suggest adding tags or stickers (for the packaging bags) with your logo on it .

9. Can you do drop shipping ?
Yes, we can do drop shiping . If you have your own shipping agent, you can provide it to us. If not, we can ship with our own shipping agent!
