Product Description






1. Scope of application: this machine can be used in the rice husk, straw, cotton stalk, wood chips, palm shell , sunflower,olive and other raw materials.
2. Main drive adopts high accuracy gearbox for high efficiency.
3. Frequency conversion (Electromagnetic speed control) feeder, with overload protection device,equipped strong magnetic security device.
4. High output, low noise, convenient operation and maintenance.
5. Main parts of the bearing and standard parts are imported.
6. Equipped with between Φ6 and Φ12 more aperture and the thickness of the ring die, users can choose according to the different needs.


Process of Biomass Production Line
The biomass production line is designed based on the raw material ,the size of the raw material and what kind of final product are you looking for


Wood Chipper
If the raw material you plan to use id wood log,or wood branch.We will use this wood chipper to chip them into small chips.In this way,the wood chips can be processed by the next machine without damaging it.
We also have other type of wood chipper and wood shredder for different kind of raw materials.


Wood Grinder
This wood grinder will process wood chips and small wood branches into fine sawdust..With a cyclone system to collect the dust. Reduce to dust pollution to a great extent.Also,the collected sawdust from the cyclone can be put to make pellet directly,avoid wasting of the raw materials.
This step is to prepare for making pellets.


Dryer
The dryer system is to make the sawdust dry to a suitable humidity that can be pelletized.
This step is not necessary to every biomass production line.We will equip this machine according to the humidity of your raw materials.


Pellet mill
Pellet mill is the key to this production line.The processed raw material(sawdust)will be make into pellet .
Our pellet mill use ring die model,more durable and wear resistant than flat die model.


Cooler
The fresh made pellet can be very hot and in this state it is not suitable to put them into storage.
The cooler use counter current method to cool down the pellets into indoor temperature. So customer can sell or store them safely.
