A: Yes, of course! Any A4 size samples or color charts are provided for free(except for the new cutting mould new logo mould) !You only need to pay for the shipping cost by international express like: DHL, TNT, UPS and FedEx.
Q2:Can I place orders directly?
A:You can place an order directly, but you need to consult with customer service for more details, such as shipping and product problems.
Q3:How can I get the price of the fabric what I want ?
A:1.Please provide the exactly composition ,construction,density,width,weight also more requirements as the fabric you want to us.According to your requirements , we can give you a similar sample and price .
2. You can send us a sample , according to your sample,we will give you a exact price .
3. If you don't know any details of the fabric ,you can show pictures of the fabric and tell us the usage, according to our
experience, we can give you a estimated price. But the exact price will be quoted after we check the original sample.
Q4:Do you accept small quantity order ?
A: Yes ,as we have so many in stock items, small order is welcomed . We are willing to grow up with you together .
Q5:What kind of transport service you provide?
A: FOB and CIF is the usual way . Besides, others are also available.
Q6:How about the quality guarantee?
A:Of course we will check out the quality before shipment. And If you have Chinese agency , the best way is to do the inspection before shipment . If it is difficult for you , please check them at once when you receive the cargo.
