A Yes we accept any OEM service since we are a professional manufacturer for medical equipment with about more than 10 years of OEM experiences.
Q What kind of guarantee do you offer?
A We provide 1 year warranty for all our items.
Q How long is the quotation valid?
A In general ,our prices are valid for one month from the date of quotation. Prices will be adjusted appropriately based on price fluctuations in raw materials and market changes.
Q How to deal with the faulty?
A First, our products are produced in strict quality control system, but if any faulty, we'll send new spare parts for free in 1
warranty year. Secondly, our after-sales department will periodically follow up customers.
