Product Description
LB-XZ(JZ) series welding fume extractors have been put on the market for more than 15 years ,and has been upgrading and improving the product during the long time, the fume extractors have been highly recognized by customers.

Brief introduction:
The welding fume extractor is a portable filtration system with internal installed filter and counter blowing device. Pls refer to the below second picture for a better understanding about the structure.
Application places:
Necessary equipment for metal processing to clean the welding fume and dust to protect the welders and worker in the welding workshop.
1.Various welding, such as the spot welding, robot welding.
2.Welding workshops, welding training schools.
Feature:
1. Use Siemens brand motor with professional turbo blower, equipped with anti-overload circuit to
prevent motor burnout, high safety factor, stable performance;
2. The filter cartridge adopts imported brand coated filter paper, with a service life of up to 6000
hours, and can purify 0.3 micron dust particles. The same applies to wet and sticky dust particles;
3. The upgraded version of the aluminum alloy universal suction arm can move freely and hover
arbitrarily, collecting flue gas dust from the place where the dust occurs, which improves the dust collection rate and
ensures the health of the workers.
4. Three-level protection measures are adopted for Mars and large particle slag equipment to avoid
fire hazards from the source and improve the service life of welding smoke purifiers;
5. The purified clean air is evenly guided and dispersed from the direction of the exhaust vent, and
the noise is effectively controlled within the standard range;
6. Equipped with special Korean-style universal castors with brakes, the movement and positioning of
the equipment is more convenient.
