Product Structure
There are 3 layers in this 420D TPU tarpaulin.
The first and bottom layers are TPU. They are waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layers makes the fabric easy to weld
The middle layer is basic fabric. It’s 420D nylon oxford fabric with high tearing strength and tensile strength.
Application
This waterproof and inflating TPU hypalon could be widely used in inflatable life raft, inflating boat, waterproof back, waterproof dry bags… etc.
The application of TPU is as an environmental friendly replacement of PVC, so this TPU hypalon could be used in anywhere is using PVC tarpaulin.
Production Flow
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
Packaging
50M/Roll+Hard paper pipe +EPE+ PE bags+woven bag+pallet, as per costumers' demand.
