1,sample time:
a,without glue drop on keychain surface, the sample time is 1-3days
b,with glue drop on keychain surface, the sample time is 6-8days
2,Production time:
in normal 2-8days after sample confirmed and payment.
Q: What is MOQ of your product？
Our MOQ is 50pcs for each design, we accept 10pcs for each design if you have more than 5 designs.
Q.What kind of colour format?
Please provide CMYK color instead of RGB color, otherwise there will be color difference.
Q.What kind of files can you send?
Please send JPG / PDF / PNG / PSD files (Note: As Alibaba does not support PSD, please contact to send PSD files.) Please contact to obtain the email address.
When you send a file, please notify me, just in case I did not receive it, and leave your message in the chat!
Q.How to edit your design?
(1) If your designs are double side image, please include front layer and backside layer and don't need to flip your design, we will flip backside, also please include hole position layer. (Note:Translucent and transparent design need to divide your design into two layers.)
(2) Please mark quantity on filename( if each design with different size, please mark each size, too) or creating one JPG description to note quantity of design.
