Q1: Where can I get product&price information?
A : Pls feel free to contact us Send us e-mail , we will contact you as we receive your mail.
Q2 : Can you do OEM/ODM?
A : SZOMK has an injection mold factory in Gongguan of China, we accept all OEM/ODM orders, just give us your design or tell us your requirements, we will make samples for you soon.
Q3 : Can you do design for me?
A : We have 20 years experienced designers, according to your requirement, we can add your company logo, website, phone number or any of your ideas on the products or on the box...We will submit the quotation in 8 hours if getting detailed information during working days. In order to qoute for your earlier, please provide us the following information together with your inquiry:
1) 3D Step of files and 2D Drawings 2) Material requirement
3) Surface treatment 4) Quantity(per order/per month/annual)
5) Any special demands or requirements such as packing, labels, delivery,etc.
Q4: Can you supply me samples?
A : Yes, we can do 3D printing or vaccum casting sample for customer.
Q5: What should we do if we receive defective products
A: If receive defective product, please send us the photos, we will feedback to our enginners and QC department and solve the problems ASAP.
Q6: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
