1. What does your factory do ?
We are specialized in Raschel blanket and bedding cover sets since 1979, which old name was “OTSU KEORI” .

2. What is MOQ ?
QTY: one 20feet container
For carton packing ,MOQ is 500pcs per color or 4 design & color per container
For compress bale or vacuum bale , not more than 6 colors per container .

3. Can you do my designs ?
Of course , we can do your designs, but we charge $120 per color for screen , once you reach 3000pcs, we can return screen charge to you .

4. Can you do my emboss model ?
Yes , but open new emboss screen cost around $4000 and it needs 20 days.

5. I heard that you produce blanket in other factory ?
No, all is our branch factory, we have 4 blanket factories, in Wuxi ,Chang zhou , Anqing city and another in Cairo, Egypt
We have same designs same QC and quality system .

6. Can I do special weight blanket ?
It is not our regular items ,we can provide you stable quality if follow our regular weight . But If you insist on special weight,
we need at least 5x40 HQ because we need change knitting machine .

7. Can you quote me CIF price ?
Sorry my friend , Actually we can’t quote you CIF price since our production period is 45 days and freight is flexible
We can quote you FOB price now while goods is ready.

8. How long is delivery date ?
Our production date is 30-45 days after receiving deposit and confirming all accessory .

9. What is payment term ?
T/T: 30% in advance and balance against B/L copy .
L/C at sight : 20% in advance and balance L/C at sight.
D/P at sight : 30% in advance and balance D/P at sight

10. Can I buy different items mix in one 40HQ ?
Sure, but need to follow other customer’s mass production and longer deliver time.

Wuxi by car ; 3 hours from Yiwu to Wuxi by high speed train.
