This product is a rapid direct binding test kit for mAlb . Results are available in 7 minutes. It is very sensitive and easy for storage.
Intended Use
One Step Test for mAlb (Colloidal Gold) is intended for in vitro quantitative determination of microalbuminuria (mAlb) in urine.
An elevatedmAlbconcentration below the proteinuric level has long been recognized as a marker of kidney disease and increased cardiovascular risk in diabetic nephropathy.
The test uses an antihuman mAlb polyclonal antibody conjugated with collodal gold and mAlb ecombinant antigen coated on the fest line.Aafter the sample has been applied to the test strip, the gold-labelled anti-human mAlb polyclonal antibody binds with the mAlb in sample and forms a marked antigen-antibody complex.This complex moves to the test card detection zone by capillary action.

The color intensity of the test line increases in proportion to the amount of mAlb in sample.
Then insertest card into THR-AC8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer (hereafter referred to as THR-AC8000), the concentration of mAlb in sample will be measured and displayed on the screen.
The value will be stored in THR-AC8000 and available for downloading.The resut can be easily transmitted to the laboratory or hospital information system.
