These are American Tesla batteries from Model 3 Tesla modules.We remove them from the modules,put a cap on them that is fit for welding and soldering.Our caps are circular welded.This means that the weld is a full circle for the cap to the battery.(Some vendors do spot welding which can fail over time)
All batteries are tested to insure 4800mAh performance.See mass testing video below.

All batteries are the machine wrapped and circular weld capped. During this process they are checked again. Any that fail to meet the 4800mAh minimum spec are rejected. See wrapping video below.

About the quality control for the power bank, we have strict test &inspect one by one before production , during production and after finished. The inspection including raw material checking( shell, battery, PCBA or all accessories ) , test each process during accembling( battery insulating tape fixing/ spot welding, PCB assembling, semi-product inspection) and finished product test( Charging/ discharging test, finished product visual inspection).
