This product is of sound mature garlic, which has been washed, diced,air dried, screened,and minced.This product is not grown from Genetically Modified seeds. This product is not grown from Genetically Modified seeds. After final drying step and prior to packaging, product is inspected and passed through magnets,metal detectors and X-ray inspector to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination. Detector sensitivity shall be 1.0mm minimum. Product will not be treated to control microbial levels unless agreed upon in writing. Product comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice in Manufacturing, Packaging, and Holding Human Food.
