Product Overview
XSG spin flash dryer
XSG spin flash dryer is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, building materials, food and other industries for the dispersion and drying of granular, powder, paste and filter cake like false agglomerates. It has the advantages of small floor area, low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency, and can be produced continuously and in large quantities. The drying machine is equipped with a rotary cutting device. The drying materials are crushed and refined by shearing, rotating, colliding and friction, and the materials are highly dispersed to achieve the effect of efficient and rapid evaporation of water.
Main Feature
1. Due to the fact that the material is granulated by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, it is highly dispersed, and the relative velocity between solid and gas is relatively large, which strengthens the mass transfer and heat transfer and makes the production intensity of the machine high.
2. When the dry gas enters the bottom of the dryer, it will produce a strong rotating airflow, which will scour the materials on the wall and eliminate the wall sticking phenomenon.
3. In the high temperature zone at the bottom of the dryer, the heat sensitive materials do not directly contact with the hot
surface, and a special cooling device is installed to solve the coking discoloration problem of mature sensitive materials.
4. Due to high circumferential gas velocity and short material retention time in the drying room, it can achieve high efficiency, high speed, small equipment and mass production.
5. The upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with a ceramic cyclone to control the particle size and humidity of the
outlet materials, so as to meet the requirements of final moisture and particle size of different materials.
