-1.Cow is not estrus
When Cow is not estrus, the uterine orifice is closed. (the diameter of uterine orifice is about 5mm at this time according to the anatomical measurement)

-2.Cow is in estrus
The diameter of the uterine orifice can be about 15-20mm in the peak estrus of cow (note: this size is the diameter of the insertion object, not the open state).
-3.The cervical anatomy
The cervix of a cow is 5 to 13 cm long and has irregular ectropion folds (R folds about 3 to 10mm long).
-4.The traditional method
The operator holds the cervix and straightens it, then passes through the fold of the cervix by hand to complete intrauterine infusion (requires a lot of experience).
The danger of traditional insemination
