A: Kindly note that all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price. These charges shall be paid by customers. Kindly check with custom in your country to find out all related cost. If goods were returned or destroyed due to the failure of custom-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.

A: Yes, we can develop formula according to your sample and make production accordingly.

A: We accept TT and credit card. Payment terms is 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

A: Lead time is about 25-45 days upon confirmation of samples and receipt of deposit. Specific lead time depends on items and quantity of your order.

A: Generally goods were packed in 5 layers export carton. We can also pack according to your requirement.
Q13: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.
