Usually our price is FOB  Ningbo.

6.Can I order sample to check your quality?

Yes,we can send usable samples within 10 days. Newly developed samples need more time, about 15-21 days

7.Can I add my logo or customize my own design?Can you make design for us?

Yes,we can put your logo or develop your own design if you meet minimum quantity requirement.

We can design artwork for your confirmation before making samples.

8.Do I need to pay for sample?

The sample charge is subject to the product. Buyer is required to pay express charge.

9.What's your MOQ?

For RTS goods is 1 carton as MOQ,  with customized need 500prs per color per size range

10.How can I make the payment?

Online Trade Assurance Payment is welcome. We also accept L/C, T/T, Western Union and so on.

11.When will you deliver my order after payment?

Our delivery time for RTS goods  is within 10days;  

Our delivery time for customized production order is from 45 to 60 days.

12:What is the quality guarantee time ?

A:   All our products are offered 5 month quality gurantee after shipping.

      If the shoes are broken within 6 month, please contact our salesman.

13.How can I know product cost and shipping cost if I don't submit online order?

We can send spread sheets with product pictures and cost details.

We have agreement with express and logistics companies to get cheaper freight rate.

A:  We have a professional QC team and own lab to test the quality of the samples and production.
