1. automatic spindle screw capping machine
The fully automatic capping machine applies caps to a container by stripping them out of a chute in the path of the moving container and placing them over the mouth of the container. The container is gripped by two belts moving at the same speed of the conveyor in order to stabilize the container. Two opposing and pulsating cap tightening belts then torque the threaded caps onto the containers as they pass through on the moving conveyor. Capping speeds of nominally 200 containers per minute are attainable on this machine depending on cap size and container configuration. The capper will handle a range of cap sizes up to 120mm diameter and container size range of (height) 1-1/2″ to 15″ and (width) 1/2″ to 7″ in plastic, metal, or glass.

The main structure is made of durable 304 stainless steel. The machine is control by touch screen; parameter can be set on touch screen very easily. It is very flexible for different sizes of round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles by adjustment. Capping time can be set to fit different caps and different levels of tightness. It is very easy for exist line upgrade
