Q6. Why do the color in eyeshadow palette look different than the photos line ? A: We take photographs of the exact palette and makeup being sold. There are many factors that could slightly change the color of your palette when compared to the online photo.
This includes your computer monitor settings, lighting, and sometimes even personal preferences.
Q7: My package has missing products. What should I do? A: Please contact us timely and take all the products pictures together, at the same time we will confirm your order with our warehouse. We apologize for any inconveniences!
