How to use vavle menstrual cup?
1. Boil the cup in bubbling-boiling water for 7-10 minutes each time for every month’s first use during menstrual period.
2. Before the placement, wash your hands carefully and make sure the cup is adequately clean as well.
3. Pinch the middle of upper silicone ring by index finger and thumb, folded the cup in half.
4. Find your most convenient position standing or squatting in straddle and bend down. Inplace the cup into the lower part of the vagina.
