Dear, pls install fork arm before operating track. Don't install motor to track untill you can operate track smoothly manuall.

(2) remote controller 1 set (battery type is CR2450 3V,may not included as some shipping way limited)
(3)3m super quite track 1 set( If your track is less 4m,like just 3.8m, just leave us message, we will do customizing)
We will ship as ceiling installing in default, if you need side mounting , Pls add side brackets to your order. 1M track need 1lot, 2m and 3m need 2lots, and 4m and 5m need 3lots side brackets.So that we can offer you side bracket like Below pictures.
About Shippment

Return and Refund

2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reasons for the return, and your po#.
