A: We are pleased to offer you free sample, but you need to bear overseas freight.

A: We accept small quantity OEM orders providing that the bottle shape and product formula remain unchanged.

A: We are an OEM skin care manufacturer, we can help you sampling & formulating, and packaging materials, artwork design.
Q4: Do you have any other packages?
A: Yes, we can change the packages at your request. We can introduce you the others package at first; you can also send the wrapped style you like to us, we will ask the purchasing department to find a resemble one to you.
Q5: Are Neutriherbs skincare products tested on animals?
A: Neutriherbs Skincare has a super strict cruelty free policy. No products or source ingredients are tested on animals. We do not test on any animals and we have adhered to cruelty free practices from first launch. Our manufacturing and testing processes are completely free from animal testing and we only source from suppliers who do not test on animals.
Q6: When is the delivery time?
A: We will send the product to you within 3 days once we receive your payment when we have sufficient stock.
Shipping way: DHL, FedEx, By AIR / SEA
If you make OEM, need about 25-45 working days for production.
