Q: Can I choose color? 

A: Yes, we have many colors for different materials such as Genuine leather, PU, fabric, etc..

Q: How to place the order?

A: You can send your requiries to us, it would be better including more details such as size, quantity, material, etc, if our regular items, we can quote you immediately; if not, we need to calculate and quote to you later. After you confirmed, send deposit to us for production. 

Q: How about your payment term?

A: 30%T/T in advance, balance before shipment; also can accept the Western Union and irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: Can I buy some sample before placing order?

A: Yes, we can offer cloth/leather or plate small sample before placing order.

Q: How long is production lead time?

A: Normally 15~25 days after receiving your deposit for normal items.

Q: Do you provide warranty for your products?

A: We provide 10 years warranty for our furniture frame, 5 years for other parts(under normal using). We choose very good quality and envirmential materials before production, and do strict quality control during process also before loading. Quality comes first, this is the goal that we pursed all the time.
