Note: The installation pre-tightening force is about 10%~25% of the output. At a low temperature of 2K, the displacement is about 5% of that at room temperature. The standard vacuum compatibility is up to 10-6mbar, and the 10-10mbar version can be customized.
[1] The length and width tolerance is ±0.1mm, and the height is ±0.05mm. The ceramic size includes the size of the resin and does not include the size of the solder joints. The thickness of gray resin is 50μm, green is 0.5mm, and black is 0.1mm.
The height of the solder joint is 1mm, and the tolerance is ±0.2mm. The location of the solder joints will be slightly different for different sizes.

The recommended driving voltage is 0~120V.
