Q1. Can I have a sample order for skateboard&scooter&balance bike?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 500pcs.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for scooter order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q5. What is your Quality Assurance Terms ?
A:1) When you confirm order, we will send the final design to you to confirm the design
2) After design, We will make a sample and send to you. When you confirm the sample, We will make mass production according the sample, The Sample will-as the mass production standard.
3) If you received the Cargo, lt's not same as the sample, And the blame is On our side, We will charge it and discuss the solution.

Q6. Can you give me a discount?
A:It depends on the order quantity.
