PRODUCT FEATURES:
Our Fermentation tanks/tun available from 100L to 20000L and average 25% Head Space.
All tanks have a Dish top,
Cylinder body & 60/70° Cone Bottom.
Certified stainless steel(304,316) material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish.
Dimple Plate jacket for Glycol cooling & high efficient Polyurethane foam insulated.
All tanks use Tri-clamp connections, are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI.
We can customize fabricate any tank to meet your brewery's space and height restrictions.






Brewhouse Specification


The brewery can be SUS304 or copper cladding in material, steam, electric or direct fire heating, two/three or four vessel brewhouse.

The system contains milling, brewhouse, fermenter, bright beer tank, control unit, Glycol cooling Unit and CIP Cleaning System, as well as kegging and Bottling system.

The mashing process and the wort filtration process are completed by Mash tun/ lauter tank; The boiling and whirlpool processes are completed by one tank.

This system usually brews two or three batches a day. According to different fermentation cycles of brewed beer, 6pcs double batches fermenters or 12pcs single batch fermentors can usually be configured.

The system also needs to be equipped with a complete automatic or manual control system, malt milling system, CIP system, cooling system, steam heating system, air system, etc.

Beer Fermenter description


Fermentation systems is made up of Fermentation Tank and Bright Beer Tank quantities are based on customer's request. According to different fermenting request, structure of fermentation tank be be designed accordingly.Generally Fermentation Tank structure is dished head and cone bottom,with Polyurethane installation and dimple cooling jackets .There is a cooling jacket on tank cone section,columnar part has two or three cooling jackets.This not only can meet the relevant requirements of cooling, guarantee cooling rate of fermentation tank, also help to precipitation and storage the yeast.

-Interior shell thickness 3-6mm, Exterior shell=2mm
-100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield
