Yes! We can do OEM/ODM once MOQ met.

Normally 3-5 days for sample after full payment received and 15-30 days for bulk order after deposit received. If we have in stock, it will be within 1 week.
4. What's your payment terms?
30% deposit before production, and 70% before shipping Sample fees 100% refund once deposit made.
