Q2: What warranty do you offer?A2: Each product with 1 year warranty,except the human damage and force majeure factor .
Maintenance service and technical support will still be offered if any products are out of warranty period.
Q3:Is the device compatible with my current software?A3: Before mass production order, a testing sample order could be placed , and fully testing could be done then, or you could send us the App/software and our engineer will do compatibility test here.
Q4:How do you solve customer complaints?
A4: According to our experience, it would be much helpful if you could have a hardware engineer check locally at the first time to avoid any irreversible damage. Also you could return to us until there are a few more pieces together to save shipping cost .Shipping cost will be paid by the shipper.
