Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer for Construction is a new generation of Eco-friendly high performance polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer powder developed by our company with DD-909 (TPEG2400) as main raw material.

Characteristics
1)Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer for Construction with solid content : 97% min.
2)High water reducing ratio: make the mortar with water reducing ratio of more than 25%.
3)With a high slump retention ability, enhence cohesion, without mortar segregation.
4) With a good dispersion, an excellent adaptability to different cements, and good water-reducing properties.
5)Having a good thermostability to 105℃ (one hundred and five degree celsius centigrade).

Application
1.It is used for gypsum based and cement based dry mix mortar.
It can also be used for oil well cementing operation.
2.It is especially for cementitious self-levelling underlayments (SLU), plasters and masonry, non-shrink grouts, self-levelling floor screeds, repair mortars, injection mortars, dry mix concrete, tiles adhesives and joint fillers.

Usages and Cautions:
(1) A recommended dosage is 0.1%-0.7% by the weight of cementitious materials. Actual dosages should be determined by mixture design test according to concrete strength grade.
(2) Concrete test must be carried out before utilization.
(3) This product is forbidden to be mixed with naphthalene sulphonate.
(4) Compatibility test must be done when it is used together with other admixtures.
