Vacuum Packing Machine
DZ vacuum packaging machine adopts special type 63 vacuum pump, and the vacuum degree meets the national requirements. With water removal function, it can effectively protect the vacuum pump and prolong the service life of the equipment. The line system is sealed to avoid water splashing into the electrical system and causing malfunctions. This machine has the characteristics of advanced design, complete functions, stable and reliable performance, wide application range, good sealing strength, and convenient use and maintenance. It is an ideal vacuum packaging machine at present.
The sealing length of the DZ vacuum packaging machine is 800mm, the material is made of 304 stainless steel, and the thickness is 3mm. The control panel is controlled by a time relay. The operation is simple and convenient. The time is adjusted according to different packaging requirements and different packaging materials. Just press when working. The vacuum chamber cover completes the whole process of vacuum packaging according to the automatic program.

1. Vacuum cover: One-piece stainless steel vacuum cover without welding seam, durable and equipped with sealing silicone strip.
2. Workbench: There is no welding seam in the middle of the stainless steel workbench, which is more durable.
3. Sealing strip: There is a silicone strip at the sealing place to seal more tightly and firmly.
4. Casters: Movable universal wheels, with brakes, can move the work place flexibly.
5. Stainless steel body: thick stainless steel plate is solid and durable, not rusty and easy to take care of.
6. Console: adopts microcomputer operating system, panel type operation interface, easy to use, the panel is equipped with an emergency stop button, and the program can be interrupted in an emergency.
7. Swing arm: The thick brace is connected firmly, thick and durable.
