A: Yes, our sample is free for customers. However, the delivery fees need to be paid in advance by consignee. Your trial orders are welcomed before our commercial cooperation.
Q: What is your payment item?
A: We receive payments mainly by T/T, Western Union, PayPal. We also accept for other payment terms which are normally used on Alibaba.
Q: How will you treat it if customers find broken bottles in goods when they receive it?
A: If the value of broken bottles is small and the number of broken bottles is under ten, we will provide same amount of broken bottles again freely, and ship the substitute together with customer’s coming orders. For large broken loss, we will turn to Insurance Compensation to cover the loss as much as possible.
Q: Could you print the logo or label on bottle according to customer’s request?
A: Yes, we could provide customized service, such as frosting, screen printing, decal, hot stamping, engraving. We could also help pack bottles using customized packages and cartons if customers request.
Q: Which mode do you normally use to delivery/ship goods to customers?
A: For samples or trial orders, we prefer choosing express, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS. They provide DDU/DDP service, saving lots of time;
For commercial orders, we mainly ship goods by sea based on FOB, CFR or CIF to save freight cost for customers.
