Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
Rock Wool Panels are consist of top and bottom PPGI, Zinc, Aluminum sheet, with high density basalt wool as core insulation. Due to the excellent performance fire resistance and acoustic insulation, rock wool sandwich panels are commonly adopted for fire-resistance and soundproof buildings.
1. Quality Raw Materials: The rock wool sandwich panel adopts the top-rated rock wool and durable steel sheets which have outstanding properties, such as anticorrosion and anti-freezing.
2. Integral Forming: The Italian production line is totally automatic and all the procedures are finished on the production line, such as the filming, the profiling of steel sheets, the cutting of rock wool, the conglutination of the rock wool and steel sheets, the cutting of the finished panel and the stacking.
3. Fireproof and Waterproof: On the basis of non-combustible rock wool, the unique design of polyurethane seal gives the rock wool an extra protection from being destroyed by water.
4. Safe and Insulation: No carcinogenic content is inspected in the rock wool sandwich panel and the thermal conductivity of the rock wool is less than 0.035w/m.k, so it is safe to use rock wool sandwich panels as insulation building materials.
5. Long Sevice Life: Without deliberate destruct ions, the rock wool sandwich panel can be used for over 25 years.
