Machine Description
Application
This machine is used for continuous printing, drying and rewinding of web materials such as webbing, rubber belt, woven label,PVC, OPP, tape, anti-counterfeiting trademark, and self-adhesive paper.
Main Features
1.The control circuit system of the whole machine adopts programmable logic controller(PLC) to makes the circuit control more simple,reliable and stable.
2.The printing device and the net frame device are equipped with cylinders.The printing device can automatically lift the head,the net frame can be raised automatically,and the net plate is easily scrubbed.
3.The drying device ,making use of the air circulation structure to make the hot gas circulate and play the role of energy saving and high efficiency .(more than 30% energy saving tahn traditional drying equipment)
4.The full servo belt system is used to compensate for the inaccuracy of the traditional pneumatic motor due to the influence of air pressure,and the durability of the conveyor belt is increased by more than 30%)
