1. Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are trading company but have factory for all kinds of Halloween, Christmas and Party costumes clothing and accessories and so on.

2. Q:Can I get a sample first to check the quality?
A: Yes. Our MOQ start from 1pc, you can try 1pc before bulky order to test the quality and our service first.

3.Q: Can I order with mixed size or color?
A: Yes, you can order mixed pattern with mixed size and color as per needed, but pls contact with us first to check the stock status.

4. Q:Can you provide Free Sample? 
A: Sorry, we do not provide free sample, although most products are in stock, but as we arrange production first and pay all the cost for all the stock items,there are already cost pressure for us.

5. Q:Can you accept OEM packing design? 
A: Yes, at the moment, standard packing is OPP bag, but we can provide service of replacing washing label, adding insert color sheet, or using PVC bag instead, it will require some extra cost, pls  contact with sales team for details.
