Q1: How can I get a sample from you to check the quality?
For stock items, we can offer samples in 3-5 days.If you need to custom your own designs,it needs about 7-10days after you confirm
artwork or we receive your samples.
Q2: What about your delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time?
For stock items, we ship in 5-7 days after receive full payment. For custom orders, usually 15-25 days after order confirmed and receiving the deposit, But Exact delivery time depends on order quantity. We regard clients' time as gold, so we'll do our best to deliver goods on time.
Q3: Could we add our own logo on the products？
Yes. Based on MOQ, we offer the service of adding customers' logo, labels customized , tags, wash care label, your own-design clothes.
Q4: How do you control the bulk production quality?
We have QC department, before bulk production we will test the fabric color fastness and confirm the fabric color, in the
production process our QC also will check out the defective goods before packing. After goods finished send to the warehouse, we also will count the quantity again to make sure everything is no problem. Customers also could ask somebody they familiar with to
check the goods before shipment.
