F- flame retardant grade in the process of processing to avoid mixing non-flame retardant substances, pay special attention to must not be mixed with ordinary EPS, these improper processing methods will reduce the flame retardant performance. The national standards for F-flame retardant grade are: adiabatic molded polystyrene foam (GB/T10801.1-2002); Classification of burning properties of building materials and products (GB8624-2012). In order to obtain B2 level flame retardant performance, it is necessary to give the molding product a certain aging time to let the residual foaming agent escape from the foam body. The aging period is mainly based on the content of foaming agent, apparent density, product size and other conditions. In a well-ventilated state, the following empirical data are recommended for sheet products:
