How to distinguish the type of feed frame?
For example: P502E-BV-0.8/1.0
P means plastic feed frame, casting feed frame without “P”.
502 is the code for wire feed frame. We have 20 401 402 404 501 504 P504 series.
D is the position of handle (looked from the positive direction),“D”is the righ handle, “E”is the left handle.
B is the diameter of roll, Unit:mm. “A”means the roll diameter is φ30,“B”means the roll diameter is φ40.
V is the type of roll,we have V, U, K, three type. “V”fit to steel wire,“U”fit to fluxcore wire and “K”fit to aluminium wire.
0.8/1.0 is the trough dimension of roll, unit:mm,the figure same as the welding machine diameter.We can change it for you.
The feed-roll dimension can change it for your welding wire size. Our Standard feed-roll size: 0.6/0.8,0.8/0.9,0.8/1.0,1.0/1.2, 1.2/1.6,1.6/2.0,2.0/2.4.
