A: We are lighting factory located in the ancient lighting center-Zhongshan Ancient Town.
2. Q: What’s your products quality?
A: We use the high quality material and technology, including lampshade, crystal, metal and electroplating etc. 100% of the PRODUCTS will be tested and keep lighting to test its quality reliability, from raw material to half assembling until finishing products. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
3. Q: When's the delivery time?
A:Normal delivery 7~15 days.
4. Q:How much the transportation freight of samples?
A:The freight depends on the weight and packing size, as well as your area.
5.Q:How about the LCL order and FCL order?
A:LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can't reach a full 20ft container. The order term is EX-works (EXW), seller just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for any other process of the trading.
6.Q:Can I negotiate the Prices?
A:Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products.

7.Q:What is your minimum order requirement?
A:We have indicated the MOQ for each item in the price list. But we also can accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can't reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.
