Process of this unit is base on totally low pressure air separation plant with a recycle-air compressor, two booster-turbo-expanders and a normal-temperature molecular sieve purification system. The whole set includes self-cleaning air filter, air compressing system, air pre-cooling system, molecular sieve purifying system, turbo expander system, fractionating tower system, recycle air compressing system, liquid storage system and automation system.

1) The filter is adaptable in many ways and works stable in various air conditions.
2) The filter has advantages of effective filtration, high level of automation, reliability with easy operation and maintenance.
3) Impulse spray is used in the dust cleaning structure for more reliable operation. No moving component is included.

Centrifugal compressor is used, small area coverage, whole-set assembly, high efficiency, simple structure, high reliability and easy installation and maintenance, to ensure the stable work of the whole equipment.

4.Cold Box System Of the Fractionating Tower
The main heat exchanger uses a long-plate heat exchanger. The temperature differences at the thermal points are limited within 30C to reduce the loss of cold amount and the power consumption. The structure of the cold box is compact to occupy less area.
