For the OEM products our MOQ is 1000-3000pcs.

3.Can i get free samples?

Normally the sample is free, but it depends on the quantity you need. 

4.How long is the production lead time?

Normally,it takes about 30-35 days after receive your payment,It is up to the order’s quantities.

5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?

You can provide JPG,AI,CDR OR PDF,etc.

6.What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is T/T30% deposite after order signed and 70%balance before shipment. We also could accept for Alibaba Trade Assurance.

7.What is your terms of delivery?

We could accept EXW,FOB,DDP by sea, DDP by air. You could choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
