Products Description
This product adopts X-ray developing fiber to be heat-sealed on the adhesive cotton sheet to make a grid-shaped developing grid cotton sheet. There are round holes or square holes of equal size and spacing between the grids, and the hole diameter is 1cm2.
The X-developing fiber is made of polypropylene or thermoplastic polyurethane containing BaSO4 by our company. While retaining the fiber ductility and toughness of the raw materials, it can absorb nearly 95% of X-rays to complete the optical imaging under the CT machine.

Instruction
The cotton sheet is 120gsm non-fat spunlace cotton, which guarantees skin-friendly and no irritation, while ensuring less cotton and breakage than ordinary cotton sheets, reducing the risk of cotton batting falling off and cross-infection that may occurduring surgery. Its cotton sheet backing is a medical double-sided adhesive, which can ensure the stickiness under the premise of not causing allergies, so as to help the positioning sheet to complete the auxiliary work more accurately and stably.The heat-sealing process of the entire cotton sheet is semi-automatic ultrasonic heat-sealing, and the process will not sacrifice the ductility and development effect of the developing fiber, and at the same time, it will not produce toxic and harmful substances. On the premise of ensuring safety and sterility, it is faster and more efficient and integrated.
